One team runs all of it.
Permits and licensing, the makers, food trucks and the bar program, live music, marketing, security, trash and recycling, and the crew on the day.
Since 2014 that has added up to more than 400 events in Denver, with as many as 150 makers at one market and crowds as large as 50,000.

A booth people line up at, a drink they order by name, a giveaway they leave holding. We build each sponsorship around something shoppers do at the market, then run it on site.
