Setting up tents in Denver since 2014.
Gum Pop Presents was founded in Denver in 2019 by TheBigWonderful, which started in 2014, and Denver BAZAAR, which followed in 2015. Two goals then, the same two now: having fun and keeping currency local.
- 400+ events produced in Denver since 2014.
- 500+ small businesses set up with us every year.
- $20M+ in local sales since 2014.
A different kind of event company.
Gum Pop is a high-frequency event company. We produce 60+ markets and festivals each year, giving small businesses repeated opportunities to reach customers across multiple Colorado neighborhoods.
Our team is lean by design. We use repeatable systems, trained event staff and neighborhood-specific marketing to operate a large annual calendar while offering makers multiple audiences, event formats and pricing models.
The result is not a single once-a-year showcase. It is a year-round platform for local commerce.
The markets run on a schedule on purpose. A market that comes back to the same block gives shoppers a reason to return and gives a small business a customer it sees twice.
We are a small team that runs its own events: the permits, the maker mix, the bar, the load-in and the cleanup. We have set up in RiNo, Sloan’s Lake, LoHi, Larimer Square, Belleview Station, Cherry Creek, Central Park, Park Hill, Baker, Sun Valley, Globeville, the 16th Street Mall, Littleton, Lakewood, Thornton, Westminster and Winter Park.
Today that is three brands. Denver BAZAAR is the neighborhood shopping market. TheBigWonderful is the festival. People + Produce is the farmers market. We also run Belleview Beer Garden, a seasonal outdoor bar.
“The BigWonderful brings together the best of Colorado.”
