I understand that Gum Pop provides the event space, production, curation and marketing, but does not guarantee attendance or sales. I am responsible for my booth, inventory, staffing, customer engagement, shared promotion and post-event sales reporting.

Why this one.
Sloan’s Lake has produced some of our biggest sales days for makers, and this is the first time we are bringing it into the holiday season.

About 7,000 people are expected through the day.
Highlands and Sloan’s Lake residents, many with young kids.
Attendance figures are planning estimates based on available event and neighborhood information. They are not guarantees.

On the day.
A 10x10 tent with weights, tables, chairs and your display. Markets are outdoors unless the listing in Hivey says otherwise, so plan for the weather. Your booth assignment, the map, parking and load-in times post in Hivey before the day.

What your booth fee includes.
Your fee reserves your approved booth space and supports the planning, permitting, curation, marketing and operation of the event. Makers provide their own booth equipment, inventory, staffing, payment system and sales experience unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
