Schedule
1PM - 2:30PM: Load-In / Set Up
3PM - 4PM: VIP Early Entry (200 Attendees)
4PM - 7PM: General Admission (700+ Attendees)
7PM - 8PM: Load-Out
What To Bring
We will provide Ice & Glassware at the event. You will need to bring everything else to set up and pour - Tent, Table Tablecloth, Chairs, Jockey Box or Coolers, Product, etc. Tables are available upon request.
Please bring a 5 Gallon Dump Bucket and Spray Bottle to rinse glassware. You will have access to clean drinking water to fill up. We will also provide access to ample ice throughout the event.
Please bring your own hand truck or manpower for moving banners, kegs, and your own jockey boxes.
We welcome fun, festive decor or games to enhance your booth and gear to enhance the fun! This is not required, only a suggestion.
Load In: 1PM - 2:30PM
Breweries and vendors will be able to drive up to their booth space to unload. There will be signage and staff on-site to help direct you.
Please completely unload your car with product and supplies, then proceed to park your vehicle before returning to the venue to start setting up. All breweries and vendors should be set up and ready to open at least 15 minutes before the doors open at 3PM.
Please be aware of your surroundings and do not unload in the thoroughfare/driveway/other booth spaces. Please remember to take deep breaths and be kind and courteous to your fellow vendors during the load-in process!
Vendor and Brewery parking is ample in the surrounding streets. There is also a paid parking garage located around the corner from Tap & Burger.
Booth Assignments
Please check in with the on-site vendor coordinator during load-in to direct you to your spot.
Product Quantity & Variety
Please plan to bring 3 half barrels total of product, or equivalent in canned product (~600 12oz cans). This number can be split up into 3 or more varieties. The more variety, the merrier so attendees will keep returning to your booth! Bottles and cans are welcome in a comparable quantity.
Quantity requests and reimbursement amounts are subject to change based on advance ticket sales and we will be in touch closer to the event with any updates.
Post-Event Invoice
Once the event is over, you can invoice Gum Pop Presents up to $100 per half-barrel keg equivalent of product poured. We will reimburse up to $300.

Event Tickets
Each attendee can purchase an unlimited sampling wristband and cup, valid from 4PM - 7PM. We will be selling 200 VIP Early Entry tickets which will allow them to start sampling at 3PM. Most tickets will be sold in advance, with limited tickets available at the door. We are expecting to sell a minimum of 1,000 tickets.
Glassware
Each attendee will have a tasting glass and Fizz Fight hand stamp in order to redeem samples. Attendees will be ID’d at the door before they receive their sampling glass.
DO NOT BRING any plastic glassware, plastic shot glasses, etc.

Ticket Giveaway
Each pouring booth can give away a pair of GA tickets to the event on Instagram or in their taproom during an event. Please send the winner’s names and email address to anna@gumpoppresents.com by Wednesday, August 7th so we can send them e-tickets.

Best in Bubbles Award
All pouring booths will be given a laminated QR code for their booth that attendees can scan to submit their vote for their favorite brand within a category (beer, wine, seltzer, etc) as well as their favorite overall brand for Best in Bubbles. Winners in individual categories will receive medals and the Best in Bubbles winner will receive the Fizz Fight Championship Belt! Winners will be featured in a dedicated email blast as well as on our social channels and website.
Merchandise Sales
You are encouraged and permitted to bring branded Merchandise such as glassware, shirts & hats, koozies & more to sell during the event.
Staff Conduct
There is a zero-tolerance policy for drinking or doing drugs while pouring during this event. Patron and staff safety is of utmost importance to us.
