Event Details

📍 Location: Corner of 16th Street & Welton  

🗓️ Date: Saturday, August 23rd

🕒 Festival Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM  

🍻 Tasting Format: Two 3-hour sessions (500+ expected)  

👥 Attendees: Craft beer fans, downtown tourists, bluegrass lovers 

Load-in & Load-out

🛻 Load-In:

• Starts at 12:30 PM  

• Ice delivery at 1:30 PM  

• Must be fully set up by 2:30 PM

🚚 Load-Out:

• Begins at 9:00 PM  

• Must be completely off-site by 10:00 PM

Check-in staff will guide you to your space on arrival. Please be prompt — especially for the early crowd!

Parking Info

🅿️ Brewery Parking:

All-day parking is available at the Denver Pavilions Garage for just $7.

What to Bring & Setup Details

✅ You Bring:

• Two kegs or equivalent in cans  

• Tent  

• Table  

• Merch (if selling)

🎁 We Provide:

• 6oz tasting cups  

• Ice (delivered at 1:30 PM)  

• On-site support staff  

• Beer reimbursement (see below)

Reimbursement

We reimburse you for what you pour at this event, up to $350.

If you prefer, you can opt for us to provide your pour staff — but in that case, staffing replaces beer reimbursement.

🧻 Restrooms: Located inside the beer garden, text the hotline and we’ll watch your booth

🚯 Clean-Up: Bring trash bags, break down boxes, leave no trace. Dumpsters located in the alley.
