SCHEDULE
1PM - 2:30PM: Load-In / Set Up
3PM - 4PM: VIP Early Entry (100 Attendees)
4PM - 7PM: General Admission (700+ Attendees)
7PM - 8PM: Load-Out
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring everything to set up your shop: a tent, tables, décor, chairs, product, etc. The entire event is held outdoors, and tents are required. You must bring 50LB weights for each corner of your tent to secure them in case of wind.
70s Themed Decor: We welcome fun, festive decor to enhance your booth and gear to enhance the fun! This is not required, only a suggestion.
LOAD-IN: 1PM - 2:30PM
You will be able to drive up to your booth to unload. Please enter the site at W Conejos Pl as traffic will be one-way; there will be staff on-site to direct you.
Please completely unload your car with product and supplies, then proceed to park your vehicle before returning to the venue to start setting up. All breweries and vendors should be set up and ready to open by 2:45PM.
Please be aware of your surroundings and do not unload in the thoroughfare/driveway/other booth spaces. Please remember to take deep breaths and be kind and courteous to your fellow vendors during the load-in process!
PARKING
There is street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood, as well as a paid parking garage on W. Conejos Pl next to Tap & Burger. Vendors & Breweries are not permitted to park on Raleigh St.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Please check in with the on-site coordinator during load-in to direct you to your spot.
10% of Sales Payments: Food Trucks & Street Food Vendors
Food Trucks & Street Food Vendors will be required to pay 10% of daily sales for this event. Percentage of sales must be reported by Monday, August 21 to the Weekly Vendor Reporting Form linked below. This form will be the same for all weekly and monthly markets and dates, so feel free to bookmark the link for future use. Vendors must be current with the previous market fees before attending the next market.

We have updated our payment collection processes in an effort to make Registration and Percentage of Sales remittance easier and more efficient for all parties. Vendors now have the option to 1.) Submit their 10% of Sales via Venmo to @GumPop (Business Name: Denver BAZAAR), or 2.) Save a card on file to their Square account.
If you haven’t done so already, Food Trucks & Street Food Vendors are required to complete the Credit Card Authorization Form linked below by Thursday, August 17th with their preferred method of payment (Venmo or Save Credit Card on File) and, if applicable, preferred method of credit card info submission.

TICKET GIVEAWAY
Each vendor can give away a pair of tickets to the event on Instagram or in their taproom during an event. Please send the winner’s name and email address to Anna (anna@gumpoppresents.com) by Wednesday, August 16th so we can send them e-tickets.

EVENT TICKETS
Each attendee can purchase an unlimited sampling wristband and cup, valid from 4PM - 7PM. We will be selling 100 VIP Early Entry tickets which will allow them to start sampling at 3PM. Most tickets will be sold in advance, with limited tickets available at the door. We are expecting to sell a minimum of 700 tickets.
