RiNo Beer Fest
Saturday, March 9th
1PM - 5PM
Indoors at Zeppelin Station

RiNo BEER FEST returns, and it’s about to get funky! Popping up inside of Zeppelin Station, this ‘fest will feature 12+ breweries, cideries, distilleries, and more, with a Game of Thrones theme, food hall, costume contest, games, and more.

TheBigWonderful at Belleview Station: Derby Party
Saturday, May 4th

Get down and derby with us for a day filled with bluegrass, BAZAAR, and horse racing!

Arvada Beer Fest
Saturday, April 20th

At Freedom Street Social

Arvada BEER FEST returns to Freedom Street Social! The parking lot of the FSS food hall will be the place to be with a dance party, costume contest, games, and more.
~700 attendees

Sloan’s Lake Beer Fest
TBD- August 2024

16th & Raleigh Denver, CO

Our version of saying goodbye to summer! 15+ breweries will line Raleigh Street in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood with a live DJ, costume contest, food trucks and more!

TheBigWonderful at Winter Park: Summer Edition
Saturday, June 29th
2PM - 5PM
Winter Park Resort

TheBigWonderful returns for the summer slopeside edition at Winter Park! Mountain bike races will be taking place with the addition of bluegrass, BAZAAR, and BEER FEST.
~1,000+ attendees

PERKS

GET PAID TO POUR!

  • For BEER FEST events, we will reimburse up to $175 per half-barrel keg equivalent for all product served, totaling up to $350. Winter Park events will also get a $50 stipend for travel expenses. We typically require 2-4 Half Barrels per day for each of these events. We will communicate more specific details on quantity requirements as events get closer.

WIN AN AWARD!

  • Everyone who pours at a BEER FEST or The Big Wonderful has the opportunity to compete for People's Choice Awards

  • Winners are highlighted on our social channels and our website with backlinks

WHAT'S PROVIDED?

  • 2 Beer Tasting Tickets per day for Staff, Friends & Family

NEED STAFFING?

  • Want to participate but don’t have the staff available? Let us know and we’ll have one of our incredible Gum Pop staffers pour on your behalf. (If we staff your booth, we ask that you donate cans and forego reimbursement).

SELL MERCHANDISE!

  • You are encouraged and permitted to bring branded Merchandise such as glassware, shirts, hats, koozies & more to sell during each event.

MARKETING!

  • Brand exposure to thousands of event attendees who enjoy craft beverages and are looking for their new favorite drink.

  • Dedicated Social Media Posts to 20,000+ followers across Facebook, Instagram & Twitter

JOIN THE FUN!

  1. Fill out this form (also linked below) with interest your brand has in our upcoming events. You can fill out the form as many times as you’d like - so feel free to return as you solidify your 2024 plans to add additional events.

  2. We will reach out personally to confirm individual events with you as you show interest and answer any additional questions you might have. We know plans change, and this form does not lock you into anything.

  3. Once you have confirmed your participation, you can expect additional Event Marketing & Load-in Details at least one month prior to each date.
