Holiday BAZAAR Indoor Pop-up Store: Vendor Participation Guidelines

Welcome to the Holiday BAZAAR Indoor Pop-up Store! We’re excited to have you as a part of this festive shopping experience. Please carefully review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Space and Setup

  • Display Option Selection: You have pre-selected a table, shelf, or rack as your display option. You may set up in this selected option only.

  • Your Space: You will be provided with a 6-foot display area (table not provided) or shelf space. Use this space to creatively showcase your brand and products.

  • Fixtures and Decor: If you'd like a table or clothing rack, please bring your own; however, we will provide shelving to support your display needs.

  • Move-In Schedule: Setup will occur on December 4th from 2-6PM and December 5th from 10AM-2PM. Please arrive on time to complete your display within the scheduled window. If you have any questions regarding move-in time, please email contact@gumpoppresents.com. You will NOT be able to pull up to the door to unload on December 4th. Please park in the Larimer Square Parking Garage and cart your stuff to 1421 Larimer Street. We will validate all parking upon arrival.

Security and Responsibility

  • Loss/Theft Disclaimer: While we will have staff onsite during operating hours, Holiday BAZAAR is not responsible for loss or theft. Our team will work diligently to prevent issues, but please ensure your space is secured and valuable items are displayed thoughtfully.

  • Insurance: Consider obtaining insurance coverage for your products, as Holiday BAZAAR’s insurance does not cover individual vendor items.

  • After-Hours Security: When the store is closed, the building will be locked, and on-site security will be present for added peace of mind. However, Holiday BAZAAR is not responsible for loss or theft.

Sales and Inventory Management

  • Sales Tracking: All sales will be tracked and reported to you at least every 72 hours. You’ll be notified of low inventory, so you can restock as needed.

  • Consignment Split: There is no upfront fee to participate. Holiday BAZAAR retains 30% of each sale, and the vendor receives 70%.

  • Payouts: Consignment payouts will be issued on December 23rd.

  • Inventory Management Responsibilities: Each vendor is responsible for keeping track of number of consigned items. Gum Pop Presents is responsible for reporting sales of consigned items.

Restocking and Maintenance

  • Daily Tidying: We’ll tidy the store each day. When restocking, please come prepared to refresh and spruce up your space, if needed, to maintain a polished appearance.

  • Pricing and Labels: Ensure each item is clearly labeled with the correct price tag.

  • Restocking Day: We will be closed on December 16th. Please restock on Tuesday, December 17th.

Store Hours

  • Operating Dates: December 5th - December 22nd (Closed December 16th)

    • Sundays: 1PM - 5 PM

    • Mondays - Thursdays: 4PM - 8PM

    • Fridays - Saturdays: 1PM - 9PM

Marketing and Promotion

  • Holiday BAZAAR Marketing: This Indoor Pop-up Store will be included in all marketing for Holiday BAZAAR at Larimer Square.

  • Brand Video: Since you will not be physically present, we’ll display a QR code at your space linking to a video of you sharing your brand and product story. Please record a quick video (max 2 minutes) and email it to contact@gumpoppresents.com by November 20th.

Tear-Down

  • Scheduled Tear-Down: December 22, from 5-7PM or December 23 from 12-3PM. If you’re unable to collect your belongings at this time, please arrange a rescheduled pick-up after the holidays.
